We are proud to offer priority shipping services that currently operate from our Australian Warehouses. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?

Packages ship from our warehouses in Australia based on stock levels. They will ship by Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll, Fastway or through Sendle depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. Currently, we only ship to Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available or status will not update until closer to the delivery date.

My tracking says, “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Undeliverable postcodes

Due to the limited access of our carriers, Products marked with “Shipping not available to "your postcode", please try another location.”  are unable to deliver to certain postcodes. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list. However, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will get cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order can get processed successfully.

Christmas & Sale Periods

During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly. Please know that not always, but in some instances the volume of orders we receive may increase delivery timeframes marginally. COVID-19 Australia

Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or Aus Post uncontrollable timeframes by Aus Post.
